Artist - Creative Workshop Leader - Occupational Therapist

My paintings reflect the way colours like music, evoke more than words;  a bright shaft of sunlight between dark clouds or the glow of sun on chimneys. I like the place where one colour meets another - the language of paint on canvas. Through my work I want to capture a moment not a detailed description.

I live in north London and work as both an Artist and a children’s Occupational Therapist - which complements and informs what I do.

I graduated from Central St Martin’s University of the Arts London, in 2006, and have exhibited in solo and group shows.  Over the past 5 years, I have done art workshops in South Africa, Bethlehem and Brazil and in response have made work around these experiences. I use both oil and acrylic paint on wood or canvas, as well as mixed media and found objects.
